Haven’t completed your survey yet? No worries! You can use this link and your Kickstarter email to retrieve it. If you run into any issues, reach out to us at [email protected], and we'd be more than happy to assist.
Mark your calendars! We expect to start shipping out rewards next week, starting on May 20th, and should have all completed surveys out the door by May 30th.
Once your rewards are packed and labeled, you will receive a tracking number on your Kickstarter email.
Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders for your tracking information and to closely monitor the tracking updates (especially if you're located outside of the United States)
It might take 2-3 days to see any updates from the date you receive your tracking number- that's completely normal. Give it a few days and check the tracking link again for any updates.
If you don't receive a tracking number in your email by Saturday, May 30th, or if you need to make any last-minute changes to your survey, please reach out to us at [email protected]
International backers: Rewards will ship out through one of two carriers: UPS Worldwide or DHL. In some cases, last-mile delivery will be handled by your local postal service.

Hi everyone,
First off, thank you again for the incredible support and excitement around the Kitchen Collection. Seeing your feedback and enthusiasm throughout the campaign has meant a lot to our team.
We wanted to share a quick production update. 📆
Due to a scheduled three-week holiday period with our manufacturing partners, production timelines have shifted slightly. As a result, delivery will now begin in mid/late May instead of April.
The good news is that everything is moving smoothly on our side. During this time we have continued refining and perfecting the collection to make sure that what arrives at your door truly feels worth the wait. We have been testing, adjusting, and dialing in the final details so the products meet the standards we set for Casamera.
Delays are never easy, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us while we get everything just right. To keep things fair, we won’t charge your card until 10 days before we start shipping your order.

🍳 Quick Kitchen Collection update: thank you for the incredible support so far and all the thoughtful feedback you’ve been sending our way. We’ve been diligently using, testing, and refining the products and design even after the campaign ended to ensure that what shows up at your door feels worth the wait.
🎉 We’re now sending BackerKit surveys in small batches first to make sure everything runs smoothly, then the rest will follow. Also, everyone gets a free tote bag as a thank you for your support and patience!
The survey is where you’ll confirm your shipping address, choose your reward options, add any add ons, and pay shipping (not collected during the campaign).
Please complete your survey as soon as you can, so we can lock in fulfillment and keep everything on schedule. Complete your survey early to get your rewards sooner.
Shipping is expected to start between mid-March and early April.
